Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pumpkin
    2 rounded Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Prepare pumpkin by paring and cooking until soft.
    Drain and cool.
    Mix in a blender.
    May also be baked without crust. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until pie is firm, approximately 40 minutes.
