Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 orange
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. seeded raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Squeeze juice in cup.
    Fill to top with boiling water.
    Grind rind with raisins.
    Peel white lining from orange, as it makes bread bitter.
    Bake in a 2 pound tin, well-greased, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
