Biscuit Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 rolls of 10 count Pillsbury biscuits
1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
28 oz. sauce
meat, if desired
Preparation

Pour sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Flatten out biscuits on counter.
Make a filling from the rest of the ingredients.
Put a heaping tablespoon of filling in each biscuit center.
Fold over and press edges shut.
Lay in sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
