Beer - Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 c. beer
    1 lb. medium aged cheese, grated (Monterey Jack or Tilamock)
    1 loaf French bread, cut in 1-inch cubes
Preparation
    Combine in fondue pot and stir until smooth: butter, cornstarch, paprika and mustard.
    Add beer, heat and stir until thickened.
    Turn the heat off and add cheese.
    Return to medium heat, stirring constantly, until all cheese is melted.
    Turn heat to low and serve with cubes of day-old French bread on forks. This can be done on top of the stove, too.
