Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and well drained
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts (more if you like nuts)
Preparation
    Stir strawberries and eggs together.
    Mix dry ingredients together; add to strawberry mixture.
    Stir until blended; add nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into two greased and floured pans (I use 8 small loaf pans).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (toothpick for testing should come out dry if done; if not, continue to bake and check every 5 minutes until done).
