Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Place hash browns in butter coated oblong baking dish.
Pour mix over potatoes.
Mix 1/4 cup butter and crushed potato chips; sprinkle over top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
