Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, slightly soft
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped walnuts combined with 1 tsp. sugar and 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

In large bowl, combine butter, sugar and eggs; beat until light and fluffy.
Blend in sour cream.
Sift flour with soda, baking powder and add to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla and blend well.
Spoon half into buttered and floured 9-inch tube pan. Sprinkle with half cinnamon/nut mixture.
Spoon in remaining batter and top with rest of nut mixture.
Place in cold oven. Set at 350\u00b0 and bake for about 55 minutes.
