Meat Pie Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, minced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil; drain.
    Saute onion and garlic.
    Add wine, tomato paste, oregano, salt, pepper and cinnamon.
    Cook 3 minutes. Stir in meat and let cool 10 minutes.
    Add egg, cheese and parsley and mix lightly.
