Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. finely shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside.
    In a mixing bowl, beat together sugar, zucchini and egg.
    Add oil; mix well.
    Stir flour mix into wet mixture.
    Gently fold in nuts.
    Turn into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
    Freezes well.
