Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
4 large eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar

Preparation

Sift
dry
ingredients\ttogether.
Beat
eggs, then add sugar until creamy.
Add oil to eggs and sugar.
At low speed, add dry ingredients,
alternating with pumpkin, egg and sugar mixture. Add vanilla, nuts and raisins.
