Pig Pickin' - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (75 to 100 lb.) dressed pig
    charcoal
    salt
    1 gal. cider vinegar
    3/4 c. salt
    3 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    1 c. packed brown sugar or 1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Step 2:
    Combine vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper and bring to boil.
    Stir to mix well.
