Salsa Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
2 c. chopped and seeded green peppers
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped hot peppers
2 gloves minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Put into canning jars.
Cover with clean lids and canning rings.
Water bath for 30 minutes.
