Fisherman Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening or 1/2 margarine and 1/2 shortening
1 c. milk
2 c. cake flour or 2 c. regular flour minus 2 Tbsp.
2 sq. chocolate
1 c. nuts (we use walnuts)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light.
Add egg yolks and beat. Sift flour and salt.
Add alternately with milk.
Add melted chocolate, then nuts.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan for 1 hour.
Frost with favorite chocolate icing. Nuts added makes it a tasty treat.
