Jack Liem'S Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced onions
1 medium head cabbage, diced
12 c. diced green tomatoes
6 c. diced red peppers
4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. pickling salt
Preparation
-
Grind all vegetables; put in pan and sprinkle salt over vegetables.
Let this stand overnight.
Next day, rinse well and drain.
