Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. bran flakes
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. All-Bran
1 Tbsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 pkg. raisins, dates or currants
Preparation

Mix buttermilk, oil, soda, eggs and sugar.
Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 in muffin pan in bake cups. Bake about 12 to 15 minutes.
Place the mixture in an airtight container; use as needed.
Keep in refrigerator until you use it.
