Butterballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Stir in flour and salt at once.
Mix in nuts.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until set, but not brown at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
When cold, roll again in sugar.
