Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. fresh cut corn
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan; blend in flour, salt and sugar. Stir until smooth.
(Do not brown.)
Add milk; cook until thick. Stir in corn and eggs.
Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Set dish in a pan containing about 1 inch water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until set, about 45 minutes.
