Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. crushed pineapple, partially drained
    1 c. sugar
    2 envelopes Dream Whip
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 big angel food cake
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water, then add boiling water.
    Cool slightly.
    Stir in pineapple, juices and sugar.
    Chill until mixture sets slightly.
    Prepare 1 envelope of Dream Whip.
    Fold into gelatin mixture.
    Break cake into small pieces into 2 x 10 x 13-inch dish.
    Pour gelatin over cake, guiding around pieces. Chill overnight.
