Bread Custard (Or Pudding) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. stale, toasted bread
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
pinch of salt
butter
2 c. milk
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon
Preparation

Pour milk over crumbled bread. Set aside to soak. Mix sugar, cornstarch, eggs, vanilla and salt thoroughly. Pour over crumbs and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon. Beat until foamy.
