Grilled Chicken With Apricot Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 jar apricot preserves (12 oz.)
    1/4 c. good chicken stock
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.
    Skewer onto long bamboo skewers and grill or bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
