Festive 3 C Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded carrots
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut (about 1 1/3 c.)
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Stir together thoroughly the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Combine eggs, oil and milk, then add this to the flour mixture and stir until blended.
Stir in carrots, coconut, cherries, raisins and pecans.
Turn into four well-greased and floured 16 ounce fruit or vegetable cans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Remove from cans and allow to completely cool. Store wrapped in foil; refrigerate.
