Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    prepared pie crust for 2-crust pie
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. light cream
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 can peas and carrots
    1 small jar whole onions
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Blend in flour, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in chicken broth and cream.
    Heat to boiling, stirring.
    Boil for 1 minute; stir in chicken and vegetables. Place in pie crust and top with remaining pie crust.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven.
