Hawaiian Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 lb. smoked ham, cut in cubes
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
    1 c. green pepper (thick strips)
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks or tidbits
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan.
    Heat until mix is clear and thick; stir constantly.
    Place ham in casserole dish. Add onions, green peppers and pineapple.
    Pour sauce over all. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 1/2 hours.
