Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. hen, stewed and boned
1/2 lb. spaghetti (half 16 oz. pkg.)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom pieces, drained
1/2 c. margarine
2/3 c. flour
4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
paprika for color
1/4 lb. American cheese
1/4 lb. Old English cheese
Preparation

Cook chicken and remove fat from broth.
Save broth.
Cut boned chicken in bite size pieces.
Cook pepper and onion in margarine.
Add flour and milk; stir until smooth and then add chopped cheese.
Stir until thick.
Combine sauce with chicken, mushrooms and spaghetti.
Pour into baking pan and top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
