Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In little cupcake tins, put mixture of last 9 ingredients in bottom.
    Mix the first 5 ingredients and add 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture in each tin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
