Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 bananas, sliced
1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 box graham crackers
2 sticks oleo
1 tub Cool Whip
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt 1 stick oleo in 10 x 12-inch pan.
Crush graham crackers.
Mix with oleo to form a crust.
Mix confectioners sugar with 1 stick of oleo and pour over crust.
Drain pineapple and spread over mixture.
Place sliced bananas on top.
Spread Cool Whip on top.
Garnish with nuts, strawberries, cherries, etc. Refrigerate or freeze until half frozen.
