Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. sausage
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. whole basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. can tomatoes (20 oz.)
    1 whole bay leaf
    1 pkg. lasagne noodles
    3 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meats and drain fat.
    Add garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes and bay leaf; simmer for 30 minutes.
    Boil lasagne noodles until they are barely flexible (10 to 15 minutes).
    Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, eggs and salt and pepper to taste in a large mixing bowl.
    Slice or grate the Mozzarella cheese.
