Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell, fluted high edge
2 c. pink rhubarb, thinly sliced
1 pinch salt
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Place rhubarb in shell.
Sprinkle with salt and sugar.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Pour over rhubarb.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until center is firm (approximately 45 minutes).
Cool before serving.
