Banana Apple Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 carton (equal to 2 eggs) egg substitute or 2 egg whites
    2 bananas, mashed
    1 small apple, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. frozen unsweetened apple juice, thawed
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    In separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients except raisins.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until mixed well.
    Fold in raisins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, baking in a muffin pan with paper liners one-half filled.
