Chicken Waldorf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and skinned
1 red apple, core and chop
1 green apple, core and chop
1 c. walnut pieces
1 c. celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
Preparation

Drain pineapple well; reserve 1/4 cup juice.
Chop chicken breast.
In large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple juice, poppy seed, vanilla and lemon peel.
Pour over chicken mixture and toss well.
Put on lettuce and serve with French bread.
