Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. pumpkin mix from can
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix confectioners sugar with cream cheese, margarine and vanilla.
Spread on unrolled cake.
Reroll and refrigerate.
Slice as you serve.
