Linguine With Tomatoes And Basil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ripe large tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 lb. Brie cheese, torn into irregular pieces
1 c. cleaned fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely minced
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 lb. linguine
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, Brie, basil, garlic, 1 cup olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper in a serving bowl.
Set aside and leave for at least 2 hours at room temperature.
