Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    salt, pepper and garlic salt
    flour
    onion (sliced)
Preparation
    Wet steak and cut in serving pieces. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic over both sides of steak and roll in flour. Fry in oil until brown on both sides. About 2 minutes on each side. After all the steak has been browned put it in a baking dish and slice onions over the steak. Set aside.
    Pour all but 8 Tbsp drippings from frying pan. Add 1/4 c.
    flour to drippings and brown. Add enough water to make a water thin gravy. Pour over steak, cover and bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour. Gravy should cover steak. This will make medium thick gravy.
