Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    4 c. white bread cubes
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 slices uncooked bacon
    1 onion
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. dark molasses
    4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Carefully cut uncooked bacon into small pieces.
    Next, dice the onion.
    Place uncooked bacon, onion, beans, brown sugar, catsup, mustard and molasses in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix well with a large spoon.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
    Garnish with cooked bacon, if desired.
    Makes 8 servings.
