Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    1 1/4 + 1 Tbsp. oil or butter
    1 c. stuffing mix
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. basil
    1 clove crushed garlic
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms; chop and saute in the oil or butter until moisture is gone.
    Combine all ingredients except mushroom caps.
    Stuff caps.
    Add water to pan to prevent sticking or put on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
