Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. egg noodles
1 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. frozen peas
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Vermont sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. French's fried onions
Preparation

Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain. Combine noodles, cooked chicken, mayonnaise and vegetables. Blend soup and milk. Heat through. Add cheese. Heat and stir until cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture. Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 425\u00b0 about 20 minutes. Sprinkle fried onions over top. Cook another 5 to 8 minutes. Serves 6.
