Cranberry Whipped Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
3 oz. pkg. raspberry Jell-O
16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 tsp. grated orange rind
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
Bring to boil; add to Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
Stir in cranberry sauce and orange rind.
Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Fold in pineapple, oranges and Cool Whip.
