Microwave Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) jar thick spaghetti sauce
    1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. basil
    8 to 10 uncooked lasagna noodles
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce and 1/3 to 1/2 jar water.
    Set aside.
    Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and spices.
    Spread 1 1/2 cups meat sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay 4 to 5 noodles on sauce.
    Add 1 1/2 cups cheese filling on top and 1 cup Mozzarella.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with remaining meat sauce.
    Cover tightly with Saran Wrap and vent one corner.
    Microwave on High 10 minutes.
    Rotate 1/2 turn.
    Microwave on Medium until noodles are tender (approximately 25 minutes). Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
