Tangy Sour Cream(Low-Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) container low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Place ingredients in blender or work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
Process until completely smooth.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Mixture may be thinned with skim milk, if desired.
Makes approximately 1 2/3 cups.
Serves 28; 1 tablespoon per serving.
