Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn meal mix
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 large can creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder or 4 garlic buttons, chopped
    2 1/2 c. sweet milk
    2 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground meat (beef or sausage)
    3 oz. jalapeno pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Partly cook meat and onion. Add to batter and cook in moderate oven. Best cooked in iron skillet.
