Creamed Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard (can leave out)
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. weak vinegar
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sweet cream or sour cream*
Preparation
    *Can use nonfat or regular milk by adding a little of cider vinegar prior to adding milk, so it sours.
