Zesty Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice from 2 1/2 oz. can mushrooms plus water to equal 1 c.
    3/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 c. carrots, sliced in strips
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 1/2 c. cauliflower
    1 c. broccoli
    mushrooms
Preparation
    In a large frypan, mix the first 6 ingredients.
    Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate in tightly covered container at least 24 hours before serving.
