Broccoli Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    4 c. chopped fresh broccoli, cooked
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of ground nutmeg
    1 unbaked pie pastry (9-inches)
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute onion in oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Transfer to a large bowl; add eggs, broccoli, cheese, salt and nutmeg.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
