Twinkie Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes orange jello
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water.
    Add the sherbet and oranges.
    Fold in the Cool Whip.
    Split Twinkies and place cream down and pour jello mixture over Twinkies.
    Refrigerate.
    Also very good with a few pecan pieces in it and used as a salad, omitting the Twinkies.
