Frosted Strawberry Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    3 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 3 cups boiling water. Immediately add frozen strawberries, stirring until completely thawed.
    Pour into lightly oiled 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Chill until partially set.
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
    Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
    Stir in reserved juice.
    Place cream cheese in blender.
    Add hot lemon gelatin.
    Blend until smooth.
    Stir in pineapple.
    Chill until thick and syrupy.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Spread over strawberry gelatin.
    Chill until set.
