Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 c. corn oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

In a bowl, mix together peas, onion and tomato.
Into a jar measure corn oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover tightly and shake well.
Pour over vegetables; toss.
