Aunt Lee'S Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese (1/2 lb. Swiss)
    2 cans fried onion rings
    8 oz. drained mushrooms
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Mix in salt and pepper.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a well greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 325\u00b0 with a glass dish, 350\u00b0 with a metal pan. Quiche is done when a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
