Ingredients

1 lb. butter or oleo
1 lb. creamy cottage cheese (small curd)
4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream oleo and cottage cheese.
Add flour and mix well.
Dough should be soft but not sticky.
Roll pieces and cut into 3 or 4-inch strips.
Roll onto foil-covered cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Fill with cooked icing when cool.
