Zangy Sausage And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lb. mild sausage
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 pkg. Blue cheese dip mix
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation
    Melt cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies in crock-pot.
    Cook in skillet the ground beef and then sausage. Drain well.
    Mix meats in crock-pot with cheese.
    Add Blue cheese mix.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
    Makes a lot.
