Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw peanuts
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook sugar, syrup and water until it strings.
    Add peanuts. Cook at medium heat until golden brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir well.
    Add baking soda.
    Stir well.
    Pour immediately on a greased cookie sheet.
    After it gets hard, break into pieces.
